After the summer edition held in June- July, The Italian Chamber of Commerce for The Netherlands has joined the “EU MATCH – autumn edition ” project organised, as the previous one, by “Promos Italia”, an association which brings together several Chambers of Commerce in Italy.

This project will allow the setting up of DIRECT AND VIRTUAL MEETINGS, from 11th October till 29th 2021, between foreign buyers and Italian producers in the agri-food and wine sector.

The website has been set up as a virtual vitrine where more than 150 Italian producers, interested in exporting, are registered and visible.

Each Italian company has completed a “presentation sheet” (containing contact details, photos of the products and description).

The event is free and it is very easy to join!

To access the platform, you have to provide us with the following information *:

• The contact details of your company (company name, address, phone, email and website)
• The coordinates of the legal seat if different
• VAT number
• The reference person (name, first name, function, telephone, mobile, email address)

Upon receipt of the above elements, we will pre-register you on the project website and you will receive:

1. first an email in which there will be your access codes to the platform* (username and password) and a “link” on which you will have to click to validate your pre-registration
2. then a second email from “Promos Italia”, validating your registration

As soon as your registration is validated by Promos Italia, you will be able to enter the website and:

1. complete your profile: indicate the products you are looking for, insert a presentation of your company (in English) and your logo
2. see the sheets of registered Italian companies (for example you can search by product) and offer them an appointment any day between 11 till 29 October 2021.
